Welcome to the work of Larissa Dening Photography. Larissa is a travel, lifestyle, portrait and landscape photographer who has been in the industry for more than 10 years. Her passion for capturing beautiful shots of people and the environment has kept her passion for photography alive and thriving. From travelling the world to taking photos of couples on the beach, Larissa knows how to bend the light to make every shot look magical. Her eye for colour and composition makes her work very unique, individual and interesting with a lot of people describing it as surreal.
Lifestyle
Capturing beautiful moments of light and time is something I strive to achieve with every image that I take. I love finding that hint of love in the eyes of a couple that you only notice when you look back at the images, the way someones hair is blowing in the wind or the cheeky grin of a child.
Product
Oyster Bay Wines commissioned me to do a campaign to help promote their wine collection. The theme was celebration, so the story line was celebrating my best friend getting married with a picnic in the park.
Jord Watches were after some product images and Instagram promotion for their collection of rose gold and wood watches.
Visit Noosa and Noosa Picnics needed some images with their beautiful teepee style tents so we worked in conjunction with Raw by Nature and set up a picnic on the beach at sunset.
Icebreaker NZ produce rugged Winter clothing using sustainable and ethically sourced materials. At least three times a year they require promotion of their latest clothing range within the Australian market through Instagram. Luckily I get to go on adventures and photograph their clothing in different locations, usually on top of mountains!
Social Eras wanted some photos of their active wear plus promotion on their huge Instagram account. I couldn’t resist but to use the Story Bridge in the background at sunset to create the image. I love this area down at the newly opened Howards Wharf where loads of people love to exercise every afternoon.
Property
Photographing amazing properties is another genre that I love. Seeing what beautiful designs people come up with and capturing that style forever in time gives me great satisfaction.

Tourism
Tourism photography is something I love to do as I get to see different parts of the country and the world. Tourism boards always organise fun activities to experience and I’ve been fortunate enough to see some amazing places, eat some interesting foods and experience some awesome activities.
Life is too short not to be doing something you love and believe in.
Music
Photographing concerts is always an exciting job for me as I love live music and love capturing the small facial expressions that you wouldn’t normally notice until you see it in a photograph.
Television
Having the opportunity to photograph the stars of the upcoming Channel 10 television program Demolition Down Under was a career highlight and one of the funnest shoots I’ve done so far!
